Open Public Records Act (OPRA) Requests
Custodian of Records/OPRA Requests for Public Records
The Municipal Clerk has been designated as the official custodian of records within the Municipality; therefore, all requests for public records must go through the Clerk’s Office. The Clerk is required to fill all open public records requests as well as maintain all official records of the municipality. If you would like to submit an OPRA request please email the form to: Clerk@fpboro.net.
